Acceptable use
By using Sentra, you agree to use the platform only for lawful clinical coordination, to enter accurate information, and to record consent before processing patient data. You must hold an active institution membership with an appropriate role for any clinical action you take.
Pilot status: Sentra is currently in a pilot evaluation with partner institutions in Ghana. Features may change as the pilot matures, and some capabilities described here may not yet be available at your site. Confirm the current scope with your institution administrator.
1Clinical decision-support, not a substitute
Sentra provides AI-assisted summaries, risk indicators, and referral guidance to support — not replace — professional clinical judgment. The clinician remains responsible for every assessment, triage decision, referral, and safety plan. AI outputs are drafts until a clinician reviews and accepts them.
2Clinical instruments
Sentra may surface validated instruments (e.g. PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS). Use of any licensed instrument requires your institution to hold the appropriate licence — see the Clinical Instruments page for attribution and licensing status. Snuggli Health does not grant instrument licences through this platform.
3Accounts & roles
Accounts are provisioned by institution administrators via invitation. You must not share credentials or act beyond your assigned role. Role-based access is enforced server-side; attempts to circumvent it are logged.
4Data responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the clinical data you enter and for obtaining and recording patient consent. Snuggli Health acts as a processor on behalf of your institution. Data subject requests are handled per the Privacy Policy.
5AI assistance
AI features may produce incomplete or incorrect output. Clinicians must review all AI-generated content before it informs care. Prompt versions, model identifiers, and feedback are logged to support quality and accountability.
6Service availability
Sentra is designed for low-bandwidth and offline use. Offline actions are queued and synchronised on reconnect; safety-critical actions that cannot be safely performed offline are blocked with an actionable warning.
7Termination
Access may be revoked by your institution administrator or by Snuggli Health for breach of these terms. On revocation, your institution's data remains governed by the retention policy.
8Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Snuggli Health provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for clinical decisions made by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
