Attribution & responsibility
Sentra may reference validated screening and assessment instruments to support triage and care planning. This page documents each instrument's attribution and licensing status.
Snuggli Health does not grant any instrument licence through Sentra. Where an instrument is copyrighted, your institution is responsible for procuring the appropriate licence and ensuring administrators are appropriately trained and certified. Using a licensed instrument without a valid licence may infringe the rights holder.
